Canopy Home Care strives to create a supportive and rewarding work environment for our caregivers, and, in turn, we are able to attract people who are amongst the best in their field. Our caregiver employees are bonded and insured, and must complete an in-person interview and orientation, criminal and DMV background checks, and employment and personal reference verifications. Most have extensive caregiving experience, and all have a genuine desire to help others. Above all, we seek caregivers who are compassionate, patient, adaptable, optimistic, and dependable – people who we would not hesitate to welcome into our own homes. |
